Welcome to Musical Bingo Australia. By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

 

1. Products and Services

 

Musical Bingo Australia offers "Musical Bingo" as a service, available for purchase as a one-off event or a subscription. Our products and services include:

  • Hosted Events: We provide a host to run a Musical Bingo event at your specified venue.

  • DIY Kits: We supply you with a kit containing physical cards, audio, and video files to host your own event. The audio and video files are provided via a secure digital link.

 

2. Payments

 

  • One-Off Events: Payment must be made 14 days prior to your event date.

  • Subscriptions: You must have an automatic withdrawal set up for recurring payments. Alternatively, you may choose to pay for the full subscription term upfront for a discounted price.

 

3. Intellectual Property

 

All audio, video, and creative content provided by Musical Bingo Australia, including but not limited to sound recordings, video clips, and game formats, are the exclusive intellectual property of Musical Bingo Australia.

  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use this content solely for the purpose of your purchased event.

  • You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use this content for any other purpose, including but not limited to creating your own products or services for sale.

  • Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

 

4. Refund and Rescheduling

  • You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled event time. A full refund will be issued once any materials provided have been returned to us in their original condition. Materials must be returned by post at your own expense. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items, and may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.

  • If you need to change your booking, you may reschedule your event as long as you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. 

  • Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled event time are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

 

Musical Bingo Australia is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our products or services. This includes any technical issues with the provided audio or video files or any issues that may arise during a hosted event.

 

6. Privacy

 

Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

 

7. Governing Law

 

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
